Dear Physics 129 students

I had a bug in ParticleInA2DBox.py which is the 
solution to Homework 3 exercise 4.  I had 
nx = 5
ny = 2
instead of
nx = 2
ny = 5
This is now fixed. (Clear your browser cache before reloading).
